household responsibilities
I did more this week for my husband than I usually do. I cooked, cleaned and grocery shoped. One thing missing this week...I didn't have the time to do the things I enjoy. next week I might try scheduling my time better. I had a few thoughts like....honestly he's just going to let me clean this mess up. I'm going to try to get past it. I can do this :) I know other women do this all the time. I used to be one of them but stopped. I think I'm doing it again to make my husband happy....God I hope I have the strength to keep it up weithout feeling angry.

I need to stop thinking of myself so much and pay way more attention to the people around me. I want to do more for my friends and family. Where do I start?
1. I need to listen more. I'm so into ....this is going to be hard for me.
2.I need to do more for my family the last few years I've been kinda on strike for lacck of a better word.
3. I stopped doing everyone's laundry 10 years ago and made everone for themselves rule. and cooking daily meals stopped 2 years ago.
I pretty much dropped down 1/3 of houshold chores for the last 2-3 years! needles to say I have a ton of shit to do around here.
I'm really going to try to do more and I'm going to try even harder not to feel " poor me"
I'm going to work my 8 hours a day
get my butt to the ymca 1-2 hours a day
walk the dog
cook a healthy meal most week nights
keep our house up
grocery shop for us

Wasted all day today recovering form a fun friday night.Up till 4am again,. Tomorrow morning im going to get up at early and walk indoors. I'm going to walk about 10 miles i want to walk more but im sure my shinsplints are going to act up+ sprained ankle still giving me trouble. Cant think of anything interesting to start doing yet. i have to get serious about that, It's such a good feeling when your totally into something new.

for what ever reason it dosen't take much to make me feel ceompletly fulfilled
I have moments of dissatisfaction with my life.but basically i like doing things exactly how I'm doing things.I

almost 45 married and i'm bored..... no wait i'm boring
I've been feeling very anxious lately.
Maybe it because I'm bored with my life.
Actually I'm not that bored, more the feeling that I am boring.
I want my husband to find me interesting.
so I'm going to try to become more interesting.
this is my life
get up about 430-5am
arrive at work at 6
eat a frozen meal usually pizza 830
eat a frozen meal usually pizza 1100am
leave work at 2pm
arrive at gym with coworker/friend 205pm
gossip and joke and laugh for and hour
arive home about330pm
eat some frozen diet meal with my husband who might be eating a sandwich
take a nap/watch TV
6-7pm think about going to the ymca with my daughter.
snack on something
watch some more tv
think about cleaning maybe pickup a little
watch more tv
900 pm think about heading to bed
I'm not that bored in fact I'm pretty wipped by the end of the day but i can tell that my husband has had it with how boring i am. i want to try to change and be more interesting. Any advice on anything i write about is much appreciated.
